This biographical war drama follows the life of India’s first Field Marshal, Sam Manekshaw. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, the movie stars Vicky Kaushal in the title role alongside Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanya Malhotra, Neeraj Kabi, Edward Sonnenblick and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub in supporting roles.

Rang De Basanti | JioHotstar, Prime Video

Directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, this film follows a British film student travelling to India to document the story of five freedom fighters of the Indian revolutionary movement. She befriends and casts five young men in the film, which inspires them to fight against the injustices of their present-day government. This war action film is based on the real story of the retaliation to the 2016 Uri attack.
