Skoda Slavia Facelift Launch Live Updates: The Skoda Slavia facelift has been unveiled in India with a new 8-speed automatic gearbox and rear massage seats, adding some significant upgrades to the midsize sedan. The facelift also gets styling revisions and additional features while retaining the existing petrol engine range.

The 1.0-litre TSI now comes with an 8-speed automatic, replacing the earlier six-speed automatic. The 1.5-litre TSI continues with its existing transmission options, keeping the two-engine lineup largely unchanged.

Inside, the biggest talking point is the addition of rear massage seats, a feature that could appeal to buyers who regularly use the Slavia from the rear seat. The cabin retains its familiar layout but gets additional equipment as part of the update.

On the outside, Skoda has made several styling changes, including revised lighting and new alloy wheel designs. The overall proportions remain unchanged, so the facelift is easy to recognise as a Slavia while gaining a few visual differences. Pre-bookings for the updated sedan are now open for Rs 15,000.
