New Delhi: Several parts of Delhi are likely to face power cuts on Saturday as maintenance, transformer replacement and network upgradation work is scheduled across different areas of the capital.

According to the scheduled outage details, residents in parts of Dwarka, Nangloi, Paschim Vihar, Sangam Vihar, Mahavir Enclave, Govindpuri, Katwaria Sarai, Tagore Garden, Tughlakabad Extension, Chhatarpur, Hastsal and Rajouri Garden may face interruptions during the day.

In Hauz Khas, power supply in S.I.I.A No. 4 is scheduled to be affected from 2:08 pm to 4:08 pm due to RMU maintenance. Katwaria Sarai’s Pocket B is expected to face an outage from 11 am to 2 pm for transformer-related work.

In Palam, Pocket 1 of Sector 22, Dwarka, may face a power cut from 11:08 am to 1:08 pm due to a defect in the RMU operating mechanism. Mahavir Enclave’s Block A is scheduled for an outage from 11 am to 12:30 pm for network upgradation.

Several areas in Nangloi are also likely to face power disruptions. Jai Vihar Phase 1 and Phase 3 are scheduled for an outage from 11:08 am to 2:08 pm for transformer replacement. Block RR in Miyanwali Nagar, Paschim Vihar, may face a power cut during the same period for network upgradation.

Bhera Enclave in Paschim Vihar is scheduled for a power interruption from 11 am to 1 pm for LT circuit network upgradation.

In Khanpur, Block B of Devli, Sangam Vihar, is scheduled to face an outage from 11 am to 1 pm due to RMU-related maintenance work. Vayusenabad and D.M.S Trust are also scheduled for maintenance-related power interruptions during the same period.

Govindpuri in the Alaknanda division may face a power cut from 11 am to 1 pm for RMU busbar maintenance, while Tughlakabad Extension is scheduled for network upgradation during the same hours.

In Tagore Garden, Block AE in Tagore Garden Extension may face an outage from 11 am to 1 pm for new LT circuit laying work. Block RZ in Khayala, Vishnu Garden, is also scheduled for maintenance during the same period.

Rajpur Khurd Extension in Chhatarpur and Ansal Villas in Sat Bari are expected to face a power interruption from 10:08 am to 12:08 pm for transformer network upgradation.

In Mohan Garden, Block M of Zaildar Enclave, Hastsal, is scheduled for a power cut from 10 am to 12 pm for LT circuit network upgradation.

Residents of Block V in Rajouri Garden are also likely to face a power interruption from 10 am to 12 pm for network upgradation work.

Residents in the affected areas are advised to plan their activities accordingly and complete essential electrical work before the scheduled outage timings. The actual duration of the disruption may vary depending on the work being carried out.
