Russian state news agency TASS reported that the two US representatives would visit both countries on Saturday and Sunday, although the Kremlin has not confirmed the itinerary.
\n\nKremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declined to directly confirm the reported trip. “I wouldn't make any announcements right now, but we will inform you when these contacts take place,” Peskov told reporters when asked about the TASS report.
\n\nUkraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky, however, said on Thursday that representatives of Trump were expected in Moscow and Kyiv in the coming days.
