Anthropic PBC is in talks to buy the artificial intelligence startup Decart AI for about $6 billion, according to people familiar with the matter.
The deal has not been finalized and talks could fall through, said some of the people, who asked not to be identified discussing private negotiations.

Decart works with AI developers to help them maximize performance from a wide range of chips. It also focuses on generative video, using so-called world models capable of modifying live video feeds instantly.
A representative for Anthropic declined to comment and a spokesperson for Decart didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment outside regular business hours.
