In a significant leadership change at Colgate-Palmolive India Prabha Narasimhan has resigned as the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Colgate-Palmolive India and will be succeeded by Manish Anandani as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of 5

years.

In a statement to the stock exchanges the company said, “we have noted the resignation of Ms. Prabha Narasimhan as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective close of business on September 27, 2026 pursuant to her promotion as the Executive Vice President-Marketing, Asia-Pacific Division of Colgate-Palmolive.” The firm also added that, “based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Anandani as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years effective September 28, 2026, in succession to Ms. Prabha Narasimhan. The said appointment shall be subject to the approval of shareholders of the company and other statutory approvals as may be applicable.”

The statement to the stock exchanges also highlights Prabha Narasimhan resignation as MD & CEO of the company and states, “this is to inform you that pursuant to my promotion as the Executive Vice President -Marketing, Asia-Pacific Division of Colgate-Palmolive, I hereby resign from the position of Managing Director & CEO of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited with effect from close of business on September 27, 2026. Consequently, I shall also cease to be a Director of the Company and Member of Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, ESG & Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Company effective aforesaid date. It has been my pleasure to serve on the Board as Managing Director and CEO of the company. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the distinguished members of the Board and the leadership team for the support extended to me during my tenure.”
