Bank Holidays November 1-8: Check State-Wise Closures During Diwali Week

The first week of November will bring Diwali celebrations, but bank customers should not expect an extended holiday period. While several festivities fall during the week, bank branches across most parts of the country are scheduled to remain operational on the majority of these days. There is no nationwide bank holiday between November 1 and November 8. However, customers in certain regions may find their local branches closed on specific dates due to festivals and regional observances.

Although physical branches may not be accessible on designated holidays, customers can continue using digital banking channels, ATMs and UPI for several routine financial transactions.
