The process began with the transfer of the Small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV), while ISRO and NewSpace India Limited (NSIL) have also started the process of getting private manufacturers to build PSLV rockets.He said the transition will happen gradually and only companies with the required technical capabilities will be allowed to take on such work.
