"You're assuming that there will be an S-1," he said, referring to the initial registration form required for an initial public offering (IPO). "Okay, maybe there will be." He argued that a business carrying this kind of exposure has one route left: "The only way to deal with this kind of liability is to go to the government and say, nationalise us, please."
