\n\nControversial YouTuber EDP445, whose real name is Bryant Turhanemmerson Moreland, has been arrested in connection with multiple felony sex crime charges involving a minor under the age of 14.
\n\nAccording to the Kern County District Attorney's Office, a criminal complaint was filed against Moreland on November 2, 2026, following an extensive investigation into statements he made in the documentary The Sick Mind of EDP445.
\n\nMoreland was arrested in Las Vegas on November 4 with assistance from the Las Vegas Police Department. He was taken into custody and is expected to be extradited to Kern County, California, where the charges were filed.
\n\nThe charges against him include attempted lewd acts upon a child, meeting a minor for lewd purposes, contacting a minor with the intent to commit a sexual offence, and distributing or showing pornography to a minor. All four charges are felonies.
\n\nThe charges stem from an alleged incident involving a child under the age of 14 on April 17, 2021.
