It is the Deol family’s multi-generational residence, which is often referred to in reports as Deol House, since it has been home to the late veteran actor Dharmendra and the entire Deol family for decades.

According to various media reports, the property is currently valued somewhere between Rs 55 crore and Rs 60 crore. This exact number tends to vary a bit depending on the source, but most recent estimates place it around the Rs 60 crore mark.

The five-storey building is also home to Sunny Super Sound, a well-known post-production studio owned by the Deols, showing that the property serves both as a residence and a working space connected to the family’s film business.

It has seen the Deol family grow across generations, from Dharmendra’s early days in the industry to Sunny and his son Karan Deol carrying the legacy forward. Additionally, Sunny owns a smaller, more practical 1,000 sq ft apartment in Oshiwara, bought for around Rs 2 crore, a location popular with industry folks for its closeness to studios and production houses.
