OnePlus raises prices for fifth time in nine months; phones up to ₹4,000 costlier
OnePlus has raised smartphone prices in India for the fifth time in nine months, with several models becoming ₹2,000-₹4,000 more expensive. The latest revision affects the Nord 6, Nord CE6, Nord CE6 Lite, N6 and N6x. The new prices are reflected on OnePlus’ India website.

The latest increase follows a series of price revisions that OnePlus has made since December 2025. Across the eight models covered by the five rounds of increases, prices have risen by 5% to 26%. OnePlus notified its retail distribution partners about the latest revision on 17 August.

A OnePlus India spokesperson said the company periodically reviews its product portfolio and pricing based on market and business considerations.

Nord gets costlier

The Nord CE6 Lite has recorded the largest increase in the latest round. Its 6GB+128GB variant now costs ₹28,999, up ₹3,000 from ₹25,999. The 8GB+128GB version is priced at ₹30,999, compared with ₹27,999 earlier.

The 8GB+256GB variant has seen the biggest increase of ₹4,000 and now costs ₹34,999, up from ₹30,999. OnePlus’ own website lists the 6GB+128GB variant at ₹28,999.

The Nord 6 has become ₹2,000 more expensive in both listed configurations. The 8GB+256GB variant now costs ₹46,999, compared with ₹44,999 earlier, while the 12GB+256GB version is priced at ₹52,999, up from ₹50,999.

The Nord CE6 has also seen a ₹2,000 increase in the two configurations covered in the latest revision. The 8GB+128GB model now costs ₹37,999, up from ₹35,999, while the 8GB+256GB model costs ₹41,999, compared with ₹39,999 earlier.

N series crosses ₹20,000

The latest increase also affects the OnePlus N6 and N6x.

The N6 4GB+128GB variant now costs ₹24,999, compared with ₹22,999 earlier. The 6GB+128GB version has risen from ₹24,999 to ₹26,999.

The N6x 4GB+64GB variant has increased from ₹18,999 to ₹20,999, while the 4GB+128GB model has gone from ₹20,999 to ₹22,999.

The latest revision is the first reported price increase for the N6 and N6x.

This means the N6x, which was priced below ₹20,000 in its 4GB+64GB configuration, now starts above that level.

Memory costs drive hikes

The OnePlus price increases come as smartphone makers deal with higher memory and storage component costs. Industry reports have linked recent price revisions across brands to a shortage of memory components and higher procurement costs.

The price increases are not limited to OnePlus. Oppo has also raised prices of several smartphones in India, including the Reno 16, Reno 16c, A6s 5G and A6x 5G. The increases range from ₹1,000 to ₹5,000, with the Reno 16 seeing the largest rise.

For OnePlus buyers, the latest revision means several Nord and N-series phones now cost more than they did before. The increase is particularly relevant to buyers looking for a phone around the ₹20,000 mark, as the N6x 4GB+64GB variant has moved above that price point.
