New Delhi: Delhi Traffic Police has issued a traffic advisory ahead of the motor carcade rehearsal for the BRICS Summit 2026, with restrictions and diversions to remain in place across several key roads in the national capital on Sunday, September 6.
\n\nThe motor carcade rehearsal will be conducted from 9 am to 10 pm, during which traffic movement will be regulated at 22 diversion points and several major roads across Delhi will be affected.
\n\nThe BRICS Summit is scheduled to be held at Bharat Mandapam in Pragati Maidan from September 11 to 13.
\n\nDelhi Traffic Police has advised commuters to plan their journeys in advance, allow additional travel time and use public transport, particularly the Metro, wherever possible. Emergency and essential-service vehicles will be given priority passage.
