As larger than life Telugu – and now pan-India – superstar Prabhas’ on-screen roles are, the quieter and more reserved his real-life persona happens to be. His homes across the country and world however, speak largely to the grandiose of the former, though what’s inside is definitely more aligned with the latter. The actor’s primary residence is in the city of Hyderabad – no points for guessing that it’s nestled in the uber-luxurious Jubilee Hills. He also happens to own a sprawling farmhouse in Andhra Pradesh as well a hillside property all the way over in Italy! Here’s taking a peek inside his real estate indulgences.

Prabhas’ primary address is in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills, seeing as most of his work and connections centre in and around the city – of course keeping aside the professionally motivated, spiritual inclination to Mumbai. The property, estimated to be worth about ₹60 crores is located near the Peddamma Temple. This one’s a luxury lover’s haven, what with the property housing a beautifully spruced garden, its own swimming pool, a vast garden areas as well a premium, fully-equipped gym. If rumours are to be believed, this gym alone costs about ₹1.5 crores.

Next we come to the actor’s farmhouse. Spread across a whooping 84 acres, this property is reportedly called the ‘Bhimavaram Farmhouse’ A littel trivia for novice fans: Prabhas’ native place is actually Mogalthur which is a village near Bhimavaram in the West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh though the actor was born in Chennai; seeing how he has a personal connect with that belt in particular, it makes complete sense for him to have built his home away from home in the vicinity – and like everything else, king size! Seeing as this property is further away from the main city life, there is a heightened emphasis on a lush landscape and greenery. As a matter of fact, Prabhas is reportedly very keen on the upkeep of his gardens, and at one point of time had also been pictured planting saplings into the soil himself, in support of the Green India Challenge.

Finally, we come to Prabhas’ third sanctuary, a luxury-coded vacation villa in the Italian countryside. This property is believed to have cost the actor somewhere around ₹40 crores. This is where the Kalki actor jets off to when he wants to be entirely away from the public eye. Not just this, he is also believed to rent the getaway space out when he himself is not using it.

If rumours are to be believed, Prabhas is also planning on constructing yet another property, again in Hyderabad. He has reportedly acquired land in the city’s Financial District and will soon be planning out a custom residence to expand his already sprawling property portfolio.
